Technologies

SMT & THT

The components are mounted in two technologies:
"SMT"- surface mount & "THT" through-hole technologies

Automatic assembly SMD installed by machines on the principle of "pick & place".

THT сomponents installed by manual soldering & wave soldering machine. We perform two-sided mounting, as SMT also THT components.

Re-Work & Re-Balling

In the New Project Integration process, constantly come changes & some times it applies to those components, that cannot be fixed with a soldering station - this work is done by the Rework department.

Special machine for such works,selectively performs this process
(remove / add / change / rework).

The most parts are rework needed in the BGA package, are parts mounted using solder balls.We have all the necessary equipment for the rework.
During the rework after,removing is necessary to solder a new balls (Re-balling) before soldering.

Touch Up & Quality Assurance

The boards on which defects were found out, are transferred to the repair department - TU (Touch Up) correction and refinement.

Defects are fixing by soldering station with a controlled temperature.

Defect information is transferred to the QA (Quality Assurance) department, to take action for the fixing defects in the future.
QA department also investigates complaints from the customers regarding assembly quality.
